I think delta homes is bundled with two other folders that install at the same time: Xtab and picexa.
Adobe may have a corrupted Flashplayer or they could have done a deal. This bundle seems to get into the system via Adobe FlashPlayer when it automatically updates and overturns all previous instruction; bypasses blocked site addresses and no matter what, remains the default homepage. They may have done a deal with Adobe or (malware removal programmes) because all ordinary means to remove them fail in the long term. It just keeps coming back because FlashPlayer is essential.
