Decacopy
Decacopy (also called Decacopy Lite or Decacopy Lite Clipboard Manager) is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) that utilizes unethical advertising practices to obtain access to a computing device. Once installed, Decacopy will change Windows services in order to run every time Windows starts. There is no indication that Decacopy is running unless the user views hidden icons on the taskbar. Due to these issues and other problems that are the result of this programs and ones it associates with, this program may be referred to as the Decacopy virus although this program is not technically a computer virus.

yea got caught as well, installed itself with a demo of PDF editing software and the editing software didn’t work either!
What do I do if I’m in the control panel is it wont uninstall
i concur. I just contracted this stupid thing, it cant be uninstalled. Along with two other programs.
