What is neurowise?

Neurowise is malware associated with the adware and browser hijacker categories of computer threats that poses a potential threat to computer users. The neurowise virus is known to collect user information, change existing browser settings, and display pop-up advertisements across multiple internet browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
