NewSaver virus
NewSaver virus (New Saver virus) is a term used to identify a specific family of adware that serves generic banners, skyscrapers, in-text ads, pop-up ads, and pop-under advertisements across Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Apple Safari. Once NewSaver adware has been contracted it will create multiple folders and install multiple files. The adware may also use a similar but obscured name when it infects a computer system in order to remain hidden and confuse computer users and malware analysts.
Programs and applications in the NewSaver adware family are not technically defined as a computer viruses but this specific adware family is still a very serious threat to your privacy and can be the sign of a severe malware infection.
