How to change Facebook news feed to most recent

facebook news feed most recent top stories

News Feed, also called the web feed, is the primary system of Facebook that shows you content posted on the social network. The News Feed highlights selective information that includes such things as profile changes, birthdays, upcoming events, and status updates. In addition to profile changes, birthdays, upcoming events, and status updates you might also see posts that include a friend or family member commenting on or liking another friend’s photo or status update, a person reacting to a post from a publisher that a friend has shared, and multiple people replying to each other’s comments on a video they watched or an article they read in News Feed.

There are many reasons to change your Facebook News Feed from top stories to most recent. If you feel like you are only seeing a limited number of posts from a limited number of people, maybe it’s time you change your Facebook News Feed to show the most recent content posted by your friends, accounts you follow, and pages you like. Changing the News Feed to most recent will also help if you feel like you’ve been missing posts that you’d like to see – or don’t want to see.
