WeatherTab (Removal Guide)

WeatherTab by ClientConnect Ltd is a browser extension and webpage that is recognized by the internet security community as adware. Once the WeatherTab extension has been installed it will replace existing internet browser settings. The extension will make modifications to the homepage, default search engine, and new tab. It will replace your previous settings with ultimateweather.info. When this happens, affected web browsers will start-up on ultimateweather.info and redirect to ultimateweather.info when a new browser tab is opened or a search is performed in the address bar.

To make things worse, the WeatherTab extension usually bundles with and is promoted alongside potentially unwanted programs, adware, and malware. This means that if you find WeatherTab attached to your browser it could mean that your computer has additional threats that should be taken care of.
