Speed Optimizer Pro by ShieldApps is a potentially unwanted program (PUP) and malware located in the scareware categories of potential computer threats. Speed Optimizer Pro is essentially a non-beneficial and misleading system optimizer program for the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
