Follow the instructions on this webpage to change your Microsoft Internet Explorer homepage.
1. Click the Tools icon 
in the Internet Explorer menu and go to Internet options.
2. To change your Microsoft Internet Explorer homepage go to the Home page section and add type the address you want to use as your homepage in the text area and click the OK button. You can type multiple addresses per line. You can also chose to start with tabs from the last session in the Startup section below the Home page.
