Something’s wrong with your current TOKEN!
If you receive a message that says “Something’s wrong with your current TOKEN!” when you try to sign into a Google Play Games game using your Google account it could mean that a Google Play Games setting has changed. The “Something’s wrong with your current TOKEN!” error message is usually displayed after a failed login attempt into a Play Games-game connected to your Google account (Gmail).

The “Something’s wrong with your current TOKEN!” message is typically displayed when the “Sign in to games automatically” setting in Google’s Play Games app has been disabled. Some users have reported that the setting might change by itself or that the setting changed after they removed their account from a Play Games app or game.
In any case, enabling the setting to allow Google Play Games to automatically sign into games will usually fix the “Something’s wrong with your current TOKEN!” error message.

1. Install the Play Games app by Google. If you do not have the Play Games app installed make sure to install it. Keep in mind that Play Store app and Play Games app are two different apps that have separate settings.
2. Open the Play Games app and click the settings icon on the top left corner. The settings icon looks like 3 small bars.

3. Click Settings.

4. Enable Sign in to games automatically to allow Play Games to automatically sign into games. To enable this feature fill in the box.
