Option 2 uninstall from windows generated request to allow access to install, i.e. although system appeared on programs list had not yet been installed. Kept asking for permission when starting system, too, so searched for fastcleanpro on computer in computer and files on start menu and deleted all three entries manually as administror user
Keep me updated on how it goes. In most cases, that is not recommended. Instead you should have searched for the executable uninstall file and clicked that.
