locked-jCandy is a file extension employed by jCandy ransomware. The ransomware encrypts personal computer files, adds the .locked-jCandy file extension to the end of the filename, and drops two files named READ_ME.txt and JCANDY_INSTRUCTIONS.txt throughout the computer.
