  • Hi there – I have performed all of the actions listed above (twice) with the exception of removing the actual application as it never appears in the list (I tried that initially, as well as trying to perform a restore to a date prior to when I obtained the fromDoctoPDF application. It’s obvious that the malware is still present somewhere and I don’t know what to do. I’m not very tech savvy – I can muddle through easy things but my brain cells are of an age where the whole picture eludes me. Any advice you can give me? I need this computer for my husband’s business as well as other activities, and these trial versions will expire and we aren’t able to afford to upgrade all of them – especially since I still have the problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
    Mo Wassell
