Hello Tech support,
I have two tickets opened and no response from customer support for three days. The response I received was not from a Tech Support person! I am now suspecting that my messages have been hi-jacked! I have had good customer support in the past but this is not acceptable! Can you please look into this and help me out? I have done Windows 10 Home Build 1803 upgrade and my Premium package did not make it through. Task Manager does not show mbam at all. No Icon on System Tray. Icon on Desktop does not respond. I have had to reinstall three other programs and they are now working fine. I have been running McAfee LiveSafe side by side with Premium and had to have that reinstalled. So I am wondering, will I get support for my licensed product? Please let me know.
