You don’t need to download anything for Windows 10. Windows 10 should automatically download and update drivers. You check for updates to make sure everything is installed.
I don’t like Driver Talent (drivethelife) and I personally would never use them. If they claim they are needed to install an OTG driver they are lying to you.
