yeah you can do that. if you start bluestacks you should run the fakegps app and use the map to find a location, then double click the location. it will say something like “location enabled” on the bottom. then sign into pokemon go and see if youre in the location you selected. it may take a while to run pokemon go to start. and then you can teleport again by moving the top menu down and selecting the fakegps app so you don’t have to exit pokemon or leave the screen.
