What is Aputimes.com?

Aputimes.com is a phishing website involved in severe cyber crime, including credit theft and extortion. Aputimes.com was designed to trick visitors to disclose information including usernames and passwords for email and bank accounts such as hotmail.com, live.com. and gmail.com.

  • Thanks for your great blogs, very useful information. I had to update firefox recently and when I did I got all sorts of piggy backing malware with delta search taking over. Did a Norton scan last night and am back with IE. Now I’m trying to get rid of web search on IE and have deleted some of the links you suggested (discovered one called babylon which I believe is hooked up with delta. Certainly learning a lot about my computer as I go through this exercise.
