Potential Driver Restore malware is essentially a non-beneficial program that when installed will claim a computer’s drivers need to be updated and restored. In order to perform this task a user must purchase the software. It should be noted that updates are free and you do not have to purchase any third-party software to update your computer system, including drivers.

  3. This is a new computer that has not been used very much since I bought it with Win 8 and the understanding that I would get Win 10 for free when available. Now that I started to try to use this computer I have reports that 1355 issues or problems exists. Some drivers out of date and need replacing for another fee. This along with other problems, including some operator knowledge and age making it almost useless for me.

  4. Thank you very much for this – I was wondering about the file and your succinct and clear instructions were very helpful
